Meet RHETT, the ham of the farm. He was named after Rhett Butler from Gone with the wind. He thinks he has the good looks, which he does. He loves to pose for pictures and be a model for pictures when needed. He is an 8 almost 9 year old paint. I have had him since he was 2 1/2. He had been saddle and ridden a few times when I got him but he didn't know anything. He has been my main horse for several years. We have had our ups and downs but now my father in law claims him so I've had to move on to other horses.
Meet AMOS the old man of the crowd. He is a somewhere between the ages of 16-20. We have had him for about a year. I was looking for an extra horse to have so that we could ride in a group. I found him on facebook for sale, went and rode him and we have fallen in love with him. He is a mustang and has a brand. He is a very spirited horse but you couldn't ask for a more steady horse. He loves the trails and loves going to church and carrying the flag at church. We look forward to many more years with the old man!
This is COLE. He is the youngest one on the farm. He is a three year old Percheron/Quarter Horse cross. He is the most laid back three year old that I have ever ridden. He doesn't have a care in the world and you can take him anywhere you would like. He is the first one to you in the pasture and he loves all the attention that you can give him. He is a pleasure to ride but he still has a lot of growing left to do.
Here are a few pictures of the horses having a good time!!
