Friday was a big day for us. We finally got to close on our house. It has been almost a year since we started the house journey and are glad to finally say that we are truly homeowners now. Here is a little snap shot of us after we signed the papers.
Saturday morning we got up and started working around the house. We worked most of the day outside trying to get a lot of stuff done. Being a new home owner it seems like the list never ends!!
Sunday we headed to church and grabbed a bite to eat with the inlaws. Then it was time to come home and have a nice afternoon ride with my cousin Teagan.
I got to ride our new horse Gen. She did great and is coming along nicely.
It wasn't an action packed weekend, but it was a nice weekend and we got a lot done around the house. I look forward to many more of these weekends in the future!
