Apparently the past few Mondays are playing catch up with everything that is going on. We have been crazy but it has been a good crazy and I can't wait till we can get in our house and be settled.
This weekend started of with dinner at a local steak house with some good friends.
Saturday both of us had to work and when we got home on Saturday afternoon, I think we were both so tired we crashed. The weather around here lately has felt nothing like winter. We have been in the 50s during the day and in the 30s at night.
Sunday when we got back from church, I had to get in the saddle and not pass up such a beatiful day. I had made plans with a neighbor to ride with her and when she got to the house I was getting on and Gen decided that she didn't want to go. She was being barn sour from leaving her friends. Instead of going on a trail ride we spent the next two hours lounging on the other side of the farm until she decided she didn't need to be with her buddies. By the end of the day she wasn't to happy with me.
